Bistro Schweizerhof in Hannover

It's been a long time since I was so impressed by a restaurant - we didn't have to wait long for the dish and our drinks. That was awesome, because we had a crazy night out. I like to come here with my relatives and can rely on being served decently. My husband and I find the place to be suitable for all occasions, irrelevant whether with a husband, acquaintances or clan; ).

Summer in the city - it was really great, very tasty, great music and great service!

The chef is always close to the stars. He has gained experience in New Zealand and Portugal, is committed to Mediterranean and modern. Here you can dine very well, because the mixture and ambience are right.

Great treat with shrimp tapinambur, red chikkoree and black garlic. Cod with blue mussel - means here: the Nordse tastes - here we travel again. Especially the very attentive service and advice from the chef himself.

The evening menu is highly recommended. Seasonal, creative cuisine with top quality and fresh. Always my pleasure. Good wines, nice service. The bistro / restaurant belongs to the hotel schweizerhof is located behind the lobby. In summer you can also sit outside. Most of my business appointments take place here, which is also recommended for couples. In the higher cost segment what is justified. Always happy ?

The chef, named after me by the footballer LIBUDA, has always surprising compositions on the map. Very quiet atmosphere and friendly service.

Absolutely great service paired with great delicacies at a reasonable price. Celebrated my birthday with colleagues and friends and I was really excited. All in all a young, lively team with great motivation to prepare the guests for a great evening.

Good value for money .. You can put your menu together from different courses in 3, 4 or 5 courses, which is then cheaper on the whole. You like high-quality food with creative taste compositions, served by extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff, all at a justifiable price level? Then you will feel in good hands at the Schweizerhof. The natural friendliness of the staff also contributes to a successful meal, even the previously submitted string variations applied to strong breads let me now even smirk over the face. However, I have one request: allow your guests an even longer stay by replacing the uncomfortable and shaky, old-fashioned chairs with adequate successors. Then I will surely try one more of the delicious wines on the next visit :-)
